Combining the precise design of the environmental control system with a story height of 700 mm and a cage height of 450 mm, the air inside the poultry house remains fresh and the temperature stable. The effective ventilation and faster airflow reduce negative pressure, allowing chickens to breathe smoothly and feel more comfortable. Additionally, the ample space improves illumination within the cages.
Farmrob’s patented precision feeding trolley features a simple structure, uniform distribution, and user-friendly operation. Both auger and disc chain filling devices are available to accommodate different farm scales. The silo capacity is configured based on a three-day feed intake of the chickens, ensuring fast refilling. The weighing device enables accurate feed measurement. In this system, feed is automatically and evenly distributed to the troughs, maximizing feed utilization.
After laying, eggs can be transported by egg belts and collected by an automatic egg lift. The egg belt with large friction automatically transmits the eggs to avoid collision of the eggs. Eggs are collected through the egg collection lift with stable operation and failure rate.
Eggs are smoothly transported from egg belts to central collection line(optional). The egg belts are designed with high-friction surfaces to ensure stable transmission while effectively minimizing collision, thereby reducing the risk of cracks and maintaining egg quality. The egg collection lift operates with exceptional reliability and a low failure rate, ensuring consistent performance and minimal downtime in daily farm operations.
